Federal Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Professional Telephone Collection Techniques (PTCT) Seminars are held periodically across the Commonwealth.
The FDCPA and PTCT seminars are two-for-one events. As a membership benefit, PCA Members are invited to register two employees for the price of one registration.
